Sweet and Sour Pepper Full House



Sweet bell peppers stuffed with rice, buckwheat kasha, sauteed carrots, celery, onions and garlic. Sauce: Tangerine Peanut Tkemali gravy. (This recipe uses "Tkemali" as a base, it is an Tadjiki plum sauce)

Tkemali is a Georgian sauce, not Tadzhiki though :)
